The latest story from The Amazing Spider-Man 2's Daily Bugle viral website features some graffiti art that paints Peter Parker as a hero. Daily Bugle editor J. Jonah Jameson, who was played by J.K. Simmons in the original Spider-Man trilogy, is also mentioned in this story from Bugle reporter Melissa Hutchins.

The Amazing Spider-Man 2 Graffiti Art

JJJ once wrote a column decrying the curse of graffiti - "the hoodlum's billboard" - and called for a citywide crackdown. But sometimes a curse is a blessing. These walls are covered in "illegal art" - but this alley has never been safer.

Could this story be a reference to J. Jonah Jameson showing up in this sequel? Although there is no listing for the character in The Amazing Spider-Man 2, it's possible we could see The Daily Bugle editor in The Amazing Spider-Man 3 or The Amazing Spider-Man 4.
