The iconic and timeless actor Scott Glenn, whose been an ass-kicker ever since he played the main villain in Urban Cowboy, takes on two new roles today.

First, the Sucker Punch player has officially signed onto act in Lee Daniels' follow-up to Precious, The Paperboy. And then he will jump directly into the franchise spin-off The Bourne Legacy, reprising his role from previous entries in the popular series.

Scott Glenn will portray the local newspaper head W.W. James in The Paperboy, which finds Matthew McConaughey investigating a death row inmate, played by John Cusack.

Both films will shoot later this year.
