Rookie detective James Gordon (Ben McKenzie) tries to make a difference in his corrupt hometown in the latest trailer for Fox's Batman prequel series Gotham. Along with seeing all of the primary villains such as Oswald Cobblepot/The Penguin (Robin Taylor), Selina Kyle/Catwoman (Camren Bicondova), Edward Nygma/The Riddler (Cory Michael Smith), Ivy Pepper/Poison Ivy (Clare Foley) and Fish Mooney (Jada Pinkett Smith), this footage gives us new information about Gordon himself, who has just returned to Gotham as a war hero as these villains look on.

Set to the hit Aloe Blacc song "Ticking Bomb," this new trailer shows the one man prepared to stand up to Gotham's greed and corruption to try and make it a better place.

Gotham follows one cop, destined for greatness, as he navigates a dangerously corrupt city teetering between good and evil, and chronicles the rise of the great DC Comics Super-Villains and vigilantes. The entirely new, untold chapter comes from executive producer/writer Bruno Heller (The Mentalist, Rome) and stars Ben McKenzie (Southland, The O.C.), Donal Logue (Vikings, Sons of Anarchy) and Jada Pinkett Smith (Hawthorne, Collateral).
