An all-star cast including Judd Nelson (The Breakfast Club), Bill Paxton (Weird Science), Lara Flynn Boyle (Men in Black II), Wayne Newton (Smokin' Aces) and Rob Lowe (The Outsiders) star in this bizarre cult comedy classic written and directed by Adam Rifkin (Detroit Rock City) about Marty the garbage man who grows a third arm on his back. Now with all-new added value, The Dark Backward: Special Edition will be available on DVD October 3, 2007 from Sony Pictures Home Entertainment for the SRP of $14.94. Originally released theatrically in 1991, this film has gone on to reach cult status with fans of the comedy and fantasy genres. Synopsis:

Garbage man Marty tries his hand at standup comedy, failing miserably until a third arm mysteriously grows from his back. Gus, his accordion player friend, figures out a way to use the new arm and gets them signed with a sleazy talent agent. Just when success seems near, Marty's girlfriend leaves him - can the arm be far behind? With a running time of 104 minutes, the film is rated "R" for brief scenes of bizarre, comic sensuality.
