Actor Josh Pence, who last appeared as the Winklevoss body double in The Social Network, will star as a young Ra's Al Ghul in The Dark Knight Rises.

Not much is known about his character arc in the sequel, although it is said he will appear in scenes set 30 years before the primary story. Liam Neeson portrayed Ra's Al Ghul in the 2005 adventure Batman Begins.

We reported in February that Marion Cotillard signed onto star in The Dark Knight Rises. Her character was never confirmed, but rumors still persist that she will play Talia Al Ghul. With Josh Pence set to play Ra's Al Ghul, Talia Al Ghul's inclusion seems possible.

Christopher Nolan is directing The Dark Knight Rises from a script by David S. Goyer. Production will start in the near future, although a specific start date has not been announced yet.
