Sacha Baron Cohen has been spotted on the set of his upcoming comedy The Dictator, which is being directed by long-time collaborator Larry Charles, who last helmed Bruno for the comic-in-disguise. Based loosely on the best-selling Saddam Hussein novel 'Zabibah And The King', the story here revolves around a dictator who attempts to keep democracy out of the country he so lovingly oppresses.
