Kumail Nanjiani is preparing for the release of Stuber and people won't stop talking about The Eternals. Marvel Studios is at the top of their game right now and just about any actor would love to be involved with the Marvel Cinematic Universe in one way or another. Nanjiani would fit into that category, but is he really going to be starring with Angelina Jolie and Richard Madden when the movie starts production?

Kumail Nanjiani is in the best shape he's ever been in his life. The actor made the decision last year to start working with a trainer and he is satisfied with the results. However, why at the age of 41 has he decided he wants abs? Of course there's the health benefits of exercising, but there are more than a few people who believe he has been trying to get into superhero shape for The Eternals. When asked about his involvement, he had this to say.

"I cannot comment on that. It would be so great to be part of a superhero film. I would love it so much."

In addition to Kumail Nanjiani, Angelina Jolie, and Richard Madden, it is believed Salma Hayek and Dong-seok Ma are also attached to star in The Eternals. Marvel Studios is doing what they do best, which is keeping everything a secret, and keeping fans and the rest of the entertainment industry on their toes. With that being said, it was strongly rumored that Stranger Things star Millie Bobby Brown was going to be in the movie, but the young actress addressed the rumors on an Instagram story noting that the rumors were false.

From Kumail Nanjiani's response to The Eternals question, it looks as if he more than likely is getting prepared for his first superhero role. It's possible his new friend Dave Bautista from Stuber could have given him some MCU superhero advice since he is probably best-known for playing Drax the Destroyer in the Guardians of the Galaxy franchise. Bautista was last seen in Avengers: Endgame and MCU fans are looking forward to seeing Drax return with the rest of the Guardians when James Gunn gets around to making Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3.

For now, like the rest of the MCU's Phase 4, The Eternals is a mystery. Thankfully, we have San Diego Comic-Con happening next weekend. Marvel Studios boss Kevin Feige will be on hand to give us a better understanding of what the future holds for the MCU and hopefully The Eternals in particular. With that being said, it looks like Kumail Nanjiani may have been able to learn about keeping his mouth shut when it comes to Marvel Studios from Mark Ruffalo and Tom Holland, who have been known to leak sensitive information. The interview with Kumail Nanjiani was originally conducted by Variety.
