It's big. It's exciting. It's The Flash! Writer and executive producer Andrew Kreisberg takes fans on a whirlwind tour of the Vancouver based set as the cast and crew go to work on the The Pilot, which will have its full premiere at Comic Con 2014 before debuting October 7 on The CW.

The new adventures of Barry Allen come to life in this action-packed hour drama. Watch as The Flash gets hit by a car, sending him high into the air, along with other new footage that reveals how he got his super powers. Also on hand to discuss the amazing journey of the world's fastest man is writer and executive producer Greg Berlanti, DC Creative officer and writer Geoff Johns and The Flash himself Grant Gustin.

After witnessing his mother's murder, and his father wrongly accused, Barry Allen is taken in by Detective West and his family. Becoming a forensic scientist for the Central City Police Department, Allen tries to uncover the truth about his mother's murder, which leads him to Harrison Wells' particle accelerator. When the accelerator causes an explosion, Allen is struck by lightning, and enters a coma. When he wakes up, he learns he has the ability to move at superhuman speeds, though he is not the only metahuman created in the wake of the explosion.
