In the midseason finale for CW's The Flash, "The Man In the Yellow Suit", it was revealed that Tom Cavanagh's Harrison Wells is the Reverse Flash. During the show's TCA Winter Tour presentation, Tom Cavanagh confirmed that he is "the man in the yellow suit," although his plans for Barry Allen (Grant Gustin) remain unknown. Take a look at what the actor had to say below.

"He's the man in the yellow suit. Yes, I am Reverse Flash."

The show's first episode, "City of Heroes", revealed that Reverse Flash was the man who killed Barry Allen's mother when he was just a young boy. Executive producer Andrew Kreisberg revealed that fans will get to learn more about Reverse Flash in the 17th episode, which will flash back to the night where Barry's mother was killed. Here's what the executive producer had to say about Reverse Flash.

"We're going to see what happened that night from the Reverse Flash's point of view. I didn't say it was from Wells' point of view, I said it was from the Reverse Flash's point of view."

Does the producer's statement mean that there is more than one Reverse Flash? Many fans believed that Rick Cosnett's Detective Eddie Thawne would be Reverse Flash, since he has the same surname as Reverse Flash from the comic books. Andrew Kreisberg teased that Eddie Thawne's character name is not a coincidence.

"His name is not an accident. Eddie's connection to the Reverse Flash lore is going to pay off big time in the back half of the year."

Tom Cavanagh revealed that "there is just one Reverse Flash," adding that the story will be 'very gratifying' for the fans.

"When we get into that moment and really start parsing through details of what that moment is, it's going to be very gratifying to the audience. It's got deeper levels. There's so much more to it."
