We announced last week that Jeremy Piven would be starring in the latest film to be produced by Will Farrell and director Adam McKay. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Paramount Vantage is bringing The Goods: The Don Ready Story to the screen, with Neal Brennan set to direct.

The script, written by Rick Stempson and Andy Stock, revolves around a used car liquidator. He is hired to move a struggling lot on Fourth of July weekend. Basically, its a redo of Kurt Russell's Used Cars.

The film is set to go into production sometime in December. The Goods: The Don Ready Story will be shot in and around the Los Angeles area.
