MTV Films and Misher Films are taming up on the spec thriller, Handsome Devil from Jacob Forman; Paramount Pictures is distributing.

The plot details for the film are being kept under wraps, however The Hollywood Reporter says it's described as The Devil's Advocate set at a Manhattan prep school.

A production schedule has not been set for Handsome Devil.
