Dave Skylark has landed the Interview of a lifetime as he heads to North Korea to interview Kim Jong-un. But things aren't quite as they seem when the popular talk show host and his producer are discovered to be on a secret mission to assassinate the dictator in the controversial comedy The Interview. Directed by Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg as their follow-up to This Is the End, The Interview has caused a firestorm of debate for it's gleefully wicked premise. Some of that concern is put on display in the first red band trailer, which brings plenty of R rated laughs from stars James Franco, Seth Rogen and Lizzy Caplan. Things kick off with a fun Rob Lowe cameo and end where you'd least expect. Watch as this winter's most dangerous film ignites it's wick:

In the action-comedy The Interview, Dave Skylark (James Franco) and his producer Aaron Rapoport (Seth Rogen) run the popular celebrity tabloid TV show 'Skylark Tonight.' When they discover that North Korean leader Kim Jong-un is a fan of the show, they land an interview with him in an attempt to legitimize themselves as journalists. As Dave and Aaron prepare to travel to Pyongyang, their plans change when the CIA recruits them, perhaps the most unlikely candidates, to 'take out' Kim Jong-un.
