When actors sign on to portray animated characters, most fans think they just record their dialogue and that's it. However, there is much more to the process, as Chris Pratt explains in a new featurette for The Lego Movie. The actor provides the voice of Lego builder Emmet, who is chosen to lead a team of heroes to stop an evil tyrant from destroying their universe. Although the character is just a tiny figure, the voice actor explains how his recording sessions were also captured on video, so that the animators could implement his facial expressions into Emmet. We also hear from Liam Neeson (Good Cop/Bad Cop) and Will Ferrell (President Business), alongside new footage from this animated comedy, in theaters February 7.
