Din Djarin goes home in this latest look at The Mandalorian Season 3. Released courtesy of the official The Mandalorian Twitter account, the brief (but no less exciting) teaser reveals a few snippets of new footage as our bounty hunting hero attempts to make amends for breaking the rules of Mandalore...and finds himself at the center of another epic star war. Check out the new teaser for The Mandalorian Season 3 below.

The journey of the Mandalorian from a long time ago in a galaxy far, far away continues in The Mandalorian Season 3, which finds the once lone bounty hunter, Din Djarin, reuniting with Grogu. Meanwhile, the New Republic struggles to lead the galaxy away from its dark history. The Mandalorian will cross paths with old allies and make new enemies as he and Grogu continue their journey together.

The Mandalorian Season 3 once again finds The Last of Us star Pedro Pascal taking the lead as Din Djarin, aka The Mandalorian, alongside Grogu aka Baby Yoda. The third season will see the return of several allies and enemies, including Battlestar Galactica star Katee Sackhoff as Bo-Katan Kryze, Giancarlo Esposito as Moff Gideon, Carl Weathers as Greef Karga, and Emily Swallow as "The Armorer.” The third outing will also add a few big names to the roster, such as Back to the Future star and acting icon Christopher Lloyd and The Goldbergs star Tim Meadows.

The Mandalorian Season 3 Promises to be the Most Ambitious Yet

The third season of The Mandalorian promises to be the most ambitious of the series so far, expanding the world and further exploring the world of Mandlore more than audiences have ever seen on screen. The Mandalorian director and producer Rick Famuyiwa recently teased just how epic and expansive things will get.

"I think every season you try to tell a simple story that connects. I can say that this season has certainly been the biggest yet, the most ambitious yet – it was almost crazy to try to do everything we’ve tried to do this season – but I think that ambition is just driven by wanting to continue to make these stories great,” he said. “For me, the foundation has always been that simple relationship between Mando and Grogu. The adventures get bigger and the characters you meet might be as iconic as Luke Skywalker, but it’s always in the service of that simple story. That’s taken us to bigger and bigger places, and certainly, this season is the biggest yet."

Lead star Pedro Pascal is equally excited to see the world of The Mandalorian further opened up saying, "What I love most about Season 3 is how much the world opens up in terms of Mandalore and Mandalorians. That means so many different facets of culture, politics, and rules and discoveries. Delicious doors are flying wide open."

The Mandalorian Season 3 is scheduled to premiere on March 1, 2023, on the streaming service Disney+. A fourth season of The Mandalorian is now in development.
