Let's be honest; there is no Matrix without Keanu Reeves. When the original film premiered in 1999, audiences were introduced to the computer hacker named Neo who was ordained to be "The One" and save humanity. Reeves is a classic action hero who adds a certain charm and charisma to the character that could never be matched. Reeves will be reprising his role but this time, the film will start out with him living a normal life, completely unaware of his past. As the film unfolds, Neo will remember his destiny and power and will certainly embody his former self.

Trinity was also the love interest of Neo throughout the series, as she was destined to fall in love with "The One". Moss will be reprising her role in the new film, but this time, similar to Neo, seems to be completely unaware of her past while living a normal life. The Matrix Resurrections trailer shows Trinity kicking butt once again and letting out a loud roar as she defeats her enemies. It is certain that Trinity will once again assist Neo in saving humanity.
