Sony likes to see green but they were very excited that consumers saw Pink last in week.

In a story from The Hollywood Reporter, The Pink Panther, starring Steve Martin, took the No. 1 spot on the "national sales and rental charts for the week ending June 18." The title "generated $9.9 million in rental revenue."

Placing second on the both the sales and rental charts was 16 Blocks which garnered $9.5 million in rentals.

Also breaking the top 10 on the First Alert 20 were Dave Chappelle's Block Party (No. 4), Aquamarine (No. 5) and Neil Young: Heart of Gold came in at No. 9.
