Spike TV debuted a new clip from the highly-anticipated series The Walking Dead at last night's Scream Awards 2010. Click on the video player below to watch the scene, which features Andrew Lincoln and Lennie James discovering that one of the other police officers has been turned:

The Walking Dead stars Andrew Lincoln, Jon Bernthal, Jeffrey DeMunn, Sarah Wayne Callies, Laurie Holden, Steven Yeun and Michael Rooker. The Walking Dead will debut its 90-minute series premiere on Sunday, October 31.
