The WB has announced they are planning on airing some of their most popular show's pilot episodes on their final night on the air.
Sunday, September 17th marks the last time we'll see 'The Frog' on network television; the network will show the first ever shows of Buffy: The Vampire Slayer, Felicity, and Dawson's Creek.
Variety also reports in addition to the pilots, The WB plans to fill its final night with a bevy of classic promos and image campaigns from the WB's 11-year history. There'll also be a final tribute reel featuring the hundreds of actors who've appeared on WB shows over the years.
Because the Frog's final bow will take place on a Sunday, a night on which the WB airs programming from 5-10pm, the net's final night will be a full five hours.
The schedule looks like this:
7pm-9pm: Buffy: The Vampire Slayer
9pm: Dawson's Creek.
Check out the final night of The WB on September 17th; The CW takes over that next day, Monday September 18th.
