20th Century Fox is gearing up to start production in the somewhat near future on The Wolverine, the studio's sequel to 2009's X-Men Origins: Wolverine. One of the few things we know about this superhero follow-up is that it will be set in Japan, where Hugh Jackman's title character goes in search of more clues about his origin. Earlier today, a mysterious one-sheet leaked online, supposedly from the offices of The Wolverine director James Mangold. Take a look at this possible one-sheet for The Wolverine.

The Wolverine Poster

The poster definitely features Japanese design elements, which lends more credence to its validity, although 20th Century Fox has not confirmed or denied that this is an official poster yet. Last month, the studio issued a June 26, 2013 release date for The Wolverine, which James Mangold will direct from a screenplay by Christopher McQuarrie and Mark Bomback. Production will begin later this year, after Hugh Jackman wraps on Les Miserables.
