Director Edgar Wright announced on his Twitter feed today that U.K fans will get to see The World's End a month earlier than U.S. audiences, with the comedy set for an August release in the states. Here's what he had to say to his followers, along with a never-before-seen photo from this awaited conclusion to his Blood and Ice Cream trilogy.

The World's End stars Simon Pegg, Nick Frost, Martin Freeman, Paddy Considine, and Eddie Marsan as a group of longtime friends who try to attempt an epic pub crawl which they couldn't complete 20 years prior. As the drinks keep flowing throughout the night, these friends begin to realize that making it to the last bar, The World's End, is the least of their worries.

Edgar Wright directed this comedy from a screenplay he co-wrote with Simon Pegg. The film is the last in the duo's Three Flavors Cornetto (Blood and Ice Cream Trilogy), which also includes Shaun of the Dead and Hot Fuzz.
