It's a third straight week at number one for Happy Feet. The animated comedy brought in $17 million over the weekend; that takes the total to $121 million, says Box Office Mojo.

Casino Royale made it in second place for the third week in a row; this time, Daniel Craig as James Bond made $15.1 million for a three week total of $115.8 million.

Deja Vu finished in third with $11 million; Denzel Washington, Paula Patton, and Adam Goldberg star in the action drama from Tony Scott and Jerry Bruckheimer. In two weeks, the flick has made $44 million.

Christmas was in the air on the first weekend of December; the fourth, fifth, and sixth place film all had the holiday feel. The Nativity Story is the story of Mary and Joseph's travels to Bethlehem; it debuted in fourth place with $8 million.

Deck the Halls took fifth place and landed strong at theaters with $6.6 million. That brings the two week total to $24.9 million.

Tim Allen and Martin Short in The Santa Clause 3: The Escape Clause finished in sixth place with $5 million; in five weeks, the third installment of the holiday film has made $73.1 million.

Sacha Baron Cohen's Borat: Cultural Learnings of America for Make Benefit Glorious Nation of Kazakhstan; the comedy took seventh place with $4.8 million. That takes the five week total to $116.3 million.

Turistas opened in eighth place scaring up theater goers for $3.5 million. The film takes place in the torturous jungles of Brazil.

Stranger than Fiction is still hitting high notes with audiences; it made $3.4 million over the weekend for a ninth place finish. That brings the total up to $36.9 million over four weeks.

Taj is back in National Lampoon's Van Wilder: The Rise of Taj. Kal Penn returns in the sequel as Ryan Reynold's protégé goes to England to raise some ruckus. The comedy rounded out the top ten with a debut total of $2.2 million.
