Director Jonathan Newman has added a trio of talent to his upcoming film project. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Toni Collette, Ioan Gruffudd and Richard E. Grant have joined the cast of Foster.
Collette and Gruffudd will play a married couple who tragically lost their five-year-old son years ago and haven't quite come to grips with it yet. As they try to adopt a new child, a boy named Eli suddenly appears on their doorstep.
Anne Reid and Hayley Mills also star in the film. Jonathan Newman is directing the film from his own script, although a production schedule has not been released.
