Actress Téa Leoni has become the latest cast member of Brett Ratner's new project Tower Heist, according to Variety.

It wasn't clear what kind of role she would have in the movie, but she joins a cast that includes Ben Stiller, Eddie Murphy, Alan Alda, Gabourey Sidibe and Michael Peña.

Brett Ratner will direct from a script by Jeff Nathanson, who rewrote the original script by Ted Griffin. Jeff Nathanson had previously written Rush Hour 2 and Rush Hour 3, which Brett Ratner directed as well.

The story centers on Ben Stiller's character, who leads a group of overworked maintenance employees at a high-end apartment complex. When their pensions are stolen by a white-collar criminal (Alan Alda), he gets sentenced to house arrest in his penthouse. Ben Stiller's character then leads the charge to rip off the man who ripped them off.

We previously reported that the movie would start production in New York next month.
