New information about Toy Story 4 has been revealed. The movie has been on a bumpy path since it was announced in 2014, but thankfully, everything seems to be running smoothly now. Back at the end of last year some new information teased that the story will bring forth a big adventure, which has seemingly been confirmed in the latest story information. The gang has a new home and is apparently back to loving life, living with Bonnie. However, the arrival of Forky throws everything off balance.

Forky is a spork with some pipe cleaner arms and doesn't consider himself to be a toy. We've seen the new nervous character teased in previously released Toy Story 4 promotional material. Forky is voiced by Veep's Tony Hale and is pretty uncomfortable joining his new friends, which leads to an outside world adventure and learning what it means to be a toy. They arrive at a carnival and meet Ducky (Keegan-Michael Key) and Bunny (Jordan Peele), who become new friends.

Toy Story 4 will reportedly revolve around the gang learning to accept Forky while also figuring out what makes something a toy. A Spork with pipe cleaner arms can be just as fun to play with as a traditional toy, and that relationship will be explored in the sequel, which has been described as historical by Tom Hanks, who voices Woody. Many fans expected the franchise to end with the third installment, but the studio decided that a fourth movie was needed to wrap everything up.

It has yet to be officially confirmed, but it is believed that Toy Story 4 will be the final movie. It's possible that Forky and the gang can go on new adventures, but it looks like this could be the final adventure for the iconic toy gang. In addition to calling the sequel historic, Tom Hanks revealed that the movie will be very emotional, which is something that Tim Allen echoed too. Both actors had a hard time facing the crew when they were delivering their lines, so Hanks turned away. It is unclear as to why Toy Story 4 will be so emotional, but it could really be the final adventure.

Toy Story 4 hits theaters on June 21st, which will more than likely see Disney competing with itself at the box office. The studio is also putting out a few of their live-action remakes this summer, including Aladdin, which comes out a month prior. Disney is about to have a huge year with the release of Toy Story 4, Dumbo. Aladdin, The Lion King, and that's not even mentioning the Marvel Cinematic Universe, which will more than likely see some competition amongst itself when all is said and done. However, the Toy Story franchise will end up on top. The story information was first reported by Super Bro Movies.
