Comedian Amy Schumer unveiled the first trailer for her upcoming comedy Trainwreck on her official Twitter page earlier today, giving fans a glimpse at the rising star's first starring role in a feature film. Amy Schumer also wrote the screenplay, loosely based on her own life experiences, following a woman named Amy (Amy Schumer) who will do anything to avoid commitment, until she falls for a doctor, played by Bill Hader.

Director Judd Apatow returns to the big screen for his first directorial effort since 2012's This Is 40 with Trainwreck. The trailer also features a number of amusing supporting roles, including NBA star LeBron James as a version of himself, who apparently is a huge fan of Downton Abbey, and WWE Superstar John Cena as a man who doesn't appreciate being compared to Mark Wahlberg. The cast is rounded out by Brie Larson, Colin Quinn, Vanessa Bayer, Tilda Swinton, Mike Birbiglia and Barkhad Abdi.

To celebrate the trailer's release, Amy Schumer is also hosting a Q&A on her official Twitter page today at 5 PM ET. Fans who wish to ask her a question can do so by using the #AskAmySchumer hashtag and tweeting to her official Twitter page @AmySchumer. Check out the first footage from Trainwreck, which could be one of the biggest comedy hits of 2015 when it hits theaters on July 17.
