Last week, Paramount Pictures confirmed that Mark Wahlberg will star in director Michael Bay's sequel Transformers 4, after a successful collaboration on Pain and Gain. Today, we have word that the director is auditioning a number of up and coming actors to play Mark Wahlberg's daughter and her race-car driver boyfriend.

Hunter Parrish (Weeds), Luke Grimes (Taken 2), Landon Liboiron (Terra Nova), Brenton Thwaites (Blue Lagoon: The Awakening), and newcomer Jack Reynor will be testing for the boyfriend role this week. Nicola Peltz (The Last Airbender) and Isabelle Cornish, the sister of Abbie Cornish, are auditioning to play the daughter.

The studio will be offering three-picture deals for these roles, indicating they will play a big part in the franchise's future. Michael Bay will direct from a script by Ehren Kruger, although it isn't known exactly when production will begin.
