Every single film this summer seems to be opening a day earlier than expected. It's just to grab a couple extra weekend dollars at the box office. Money, that's what it's all about. According to Dreamworks, Transformers will follow suit with the trend.

Michael Bay will be opening his giant robot movie a day earlier than he originally intended to. That's right. Now you don't have to wait until July 4th to see it. Instead, you can line up on July 3rd, and maybe still make the fireworks.
