Trey Parker and Matt Stone are preparing for two new live-action comedies, My All-American and Giant Monsters Attack Japan for Paramount and their own Important Pictures.

Jeff Roda wrote My All-American, which has no description; it will have a young cast, notes Variety. Giant Monsters Attack Japan is written by J.F. Lawton, and will combine live-action with the 'rubber suit' techniques made popular in Asian imports like Godzilla.

Parker will direct each film and Stone produce; both will work on the scripts with the writers. Look for a 2007 production start for both films, in the hiatus between South Park seasons; South Park begins its 10th season this week on Comedy Central.
