Turner Broadcasting has just announced they picked up the television rights to 10,000 B.C., The Dark Knight, Speed Racer, Get Smart, Yes Man and Body of Lies. According to Variety, the package deal comes from Warner Bros. Domestic Cable TV.

The package deal goes beyond pre-released films and also includes I Am Legend, Fred Claus, The Bucket List, TMNT and the animated film The Ant Bully.

"Movies are a key part of the programming lineup on TNT and TBS," said Ken Schwab, senior VP of programming for the two networks. "We're getting titles that are perfect fits for our brands."

Schwab cited I Am Legend and the Batman sequel The Dark Knight as tailor-made for TNT, and Get Smart with Steve Carell, and Carrey's Yes Man as right titles for TBS.

TNT has scheduled to air The Ant Bully in June and TMNT in October 2009.
