CBS has picked up the dramedy pilot, 22 Birthdays from Peter Noah, Bill Oakley and Josh Weinstein; NBC Universal TV is producing.

The show is about the wealthy Los Angeles parents of the first-grade class at an exclusive private school; Variety adds they gather virtually every week for their children's birthday parties.

Fox picked up the drama, The Cure about a group that works its way through medical bureaucracy in order to treat patients. Patrick Massett and John Zinman wrote the show and will serve as executive producers, along with Akiva Goldsmith's Weed Road Pictures and Warner Bros. TV.

And NBC is taking on the comedy, The Mastersons of Manhattan about two well-off sisters in New York; Gary Janetti wrote the pilot and will executive produce, along with NBC Universal TV.
