Although it was earlier reported that Bradley Cooper was in talks to play Hal Jordan in Green Lantern, there are a couple of other names who are still reported to be in the running for the role. Latino Review says that Shawn Roberts (I Love You, Beth Cooper, Diary of the Dead) is also up for the part.

Their sources say that Roberts has auditioned repeatedly for the part, and has taken meetings with Campbell concerning playing Hal Jordan. It's also worth noting that Roberts has just finished working with Campbell in Edge of Darkness.

Green has not only auditioned, but has even done screen tests while wearing the mask.
