Debmar-Mercury said Wednesday that it has signed two separate deals with TBS and the Fox Television Stations group for its the new syndicated sitcom, Tyler Perry's House of Payne.

The terms of the deals has TBS gettting exclusive rights to the show starting in June, more than a year before they become available to local stations, with the cable network planning to air the show in primetime. The Hollywood Reporter says seventy-five episodes will be available to TBS by June.

25 additional episodes will be ready by the time the broadcast stations' deal kicks in for fall 2008. Tyler Perry's House of Payne focuses on a multi-gerneration family living together in one house.
