You loved her in The Fifth Element, you loved her even more in those Resident Evil movies...

Now, you can be head over heels when Milla comes to DVD, PSP and Blu-Ray in the thrilling Ultraviolet on June 27th.

Written and directed by Kurt Wimmer (The Recruit and cult hit, Equilibrium), the film stars Milla Jovovich (Resident Evil: Apocalypse, The Fifth Element) as Ultraviolet, a courageous and determined heroine who leads the fight in a futuristic civil war and holds the fate of a new super human race in her hands.

Ultraviolet will be available on DVD and for PSP™ for an SRP of $28.95 and will be presented in PG-13 theatrical and unrated extended cut versions. The high-definition Blu-ray Disc® will be presented in the PG-13 theatrical version for an SRP of $38.95.

Synopsis

Set in the late 21st Century, Ultraviolet centers on a new subculture of genetically-modified humans that have emerged with a vampire-like disease (Hemophagia), giving them enhanced speed, incredible stamina and acute intelligence. As this new breed is set apart from normal, "healthy" humans, the world is pushed to a global civil war aimed at the destruction of the "diseased" population. In the middle is Ultraviolet, an infected woman who finds herself protecting a nine-year-old boy who has been marked for death by the government as he is believed to be a threat to humans.
