Universal Pictures has plans to reboot Donovan Marsh's South African thriller INumber Number. The original premiered at this year's Toronto International Film Festival.

The story centers on an honest undercover detective that feels cheated out of a major promotion. He ends up on the other side of the law after putting together a heist in hopes to secure a finical future for himself. His cover is blown and the gang he teamed with turns on him and takes his partner hostage. Brandon Auret, Presley Chweneyagae and Brendon Daniels starred in the original. Casting details have not been revealed for the remake.

Fast & Furious writer Chris Morgan is producing with Emile Gladstone, Aram Tertzakian, Nate Bolotin and Nick Spicer. Donovan Marsh will not be involved with this remake. The studio is currently looking for a writer to pen the script.
