Accoridng to Variety, Universal has picked up North American distribution for buddy comedy You Are Going to Prison from Carsey-Werner Films.
The studio is planning a release for Prison, which stars Dax Shepard, Will Arnett and Chi McBride, later this year but hasn't set a date.
Bob Odenkirk directed the tale of a career criminal and an entitled rich man stuck together in a maximum-security prison cell. Team of Robert Ben Garant and Thomas Lennon penned the script along with Michael Patrick Jann.
The picture lensed last spring at Joliet Prison near Chicago.
