Den of Geek recently spoke with The Amazing Spider-Man 2 producer Matthew Tolmach, and he reveals that The Sinister Six and Venom spin-offs will happen before The Amazing Spider-Man 4.

"Before we know what we do with Spider-Man 4, we're going to do Sinister Six, Venom and Spider-Man 3. There is going to be a lot of crossover in those movies. So we're just not at Spider-Man 4, because we still have a whole other Spider-Man movie and two other movies. So we don't know yet what [Spider-Man 4] is going to be."

The producer also confirmed that there will be another Spider-Man movie released in May of 2018 but it's, "not necessarily an Amazing Spider-Man movie."

If you still haven't gotten your fix of The Amazing Spider-Man 2 after the featurette, TV spots and the live red carpet premiere from earlier today, Sony Pictures has released yet another TV spot, showcasing the villains that Spider-Man (Andrew Garfield) must go up against. We get new footage featuring Electro (Jamie Foxx), Rhino (Paul Giamatti) and the Green Goblin (Dane DeHaan), all of whom have ties to OsCorp. We can also hear the voice of Norman Osborn (Chris Cooper), who teases that his company has big plans for the webbed wonder.
