V/H/S/94 is the fourth movie in the famous horror series. This one takes it even further down the rabbit hole and the trailer is here for your viewing pleasure.

What we know so far is that V/H/S/94 takes place after the discovery of a VHS tape. The swat team launches a raid on a warehouse, only to discover a sinister cult compound whose collection of pre-recorded material uncovers a conspiracy.

This Shudder original plans on being the final (we shall see) of the series and will released in North America, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand later this year.

The new movie is being directed by David Bruckner, who directed the "Amateur Night" segment of the first V/H/S which featured the breakout performance of Hannah Fierman as a succubus. Bruckner, whose feature The Night House was picked up by Searchlight Pictures out of Sundance for release this fall, is also set to direct Spyglass Media's Hellraiser for Hulu.

We also have another in the film, Simon Barrett. Barrett helped create the V/H/S franchise and also directed the second film's wraparound.

We also have Chloe Okuno currently set to direct segments in this feature. Okuno of the movie Slut. What we know so far is Okuno's part focuses on a TV reporter investigating a local legend of the "rat man," who lives in a storm drain.

The producers and directors of V/H/S/94, the latest part of the found footage horror series. Recently have spoken about the new movie at Comic Con@Home. They all see memes very excited about the Shudder original release and the footage from that panel can be seen here.

The first V/H/S was released in 2012 and was followed by V/H/S2 in 2013.best entry of the bunch was 10/31/98, which followed a bunch of clueless guys who end up at the wrong house while looking for a Halloween party. V/H/S was followed by V/H/S/2 in 2013. The most recent entry in the franchise was 2014's V/H/S: Viral which had the least positive reception of the films.

With the new release they are looking to make it flow as one film, of course following the different horror segments that we have grown to love with this series. Only this time the film will connect and yet it might be seen as a "reboot" it is definitely part of the series with a new outlook. All the individual segments will link up and lead to a much bigger story.
