/paul-walkers-brothers-will-stand-in-for-fast-furious-7/Last week, it was confirmed that Paul Walker's brothers would be stepping in for the late actor on the set of Fast & Furious 7. Production is back up and running after being delayed due to the death of Walker last November. Vin Diesel has now shared the first photo of Caleb Walker and Cody Walker on set as they prepare to give their brother's character Brian O'Conner a proper send off. Check it out, followed by a quick message from Dominic Toretto himself.
" When I heard the news, I left the production, grabbed a plane and took my family and Michelle back to LA... drove directly to his parent's house...
His Father said, Paul loved you Vin... I awkwardly and nervously said, aw come on... then he said... you don't have to get along every second to love each other... so true.
P.s. After spending time with his biological brothers, I must say to the parents, you raised some great kids."
Paul Walker had already shot most of the dramatic work needed for this follow-up to last year's Fast & Furious 6. It was decided by director James Wan, the cast and his crew that they would rework the screenplay so that they didn't have to scrap any of the late Walker's finished scenes. Caleb Walker and Cody Walker will be standing-in for some uncompleted action sequences and they will also be doing some voice over work. The character of Brian O'Conner will not be killed off screen. Instead, the franchise will retire the former police officer-turned-fugitive by having him walk off into the sunset with his wife and child.
