The CW's hit shows Arrow and The Flash don't return until early October, but you can see these superheroes in animated form starting next month, with CW Seed's new digital series Vixen. During the DC Superhero Saturday Night Comic-Con panel in Hall H last night, CW Seed debuted the first trailer for this superhero show, featuring Stephen Amell and Grant Gustin lending their voices to Arrow and The Flash.

Originally from Africa, Mari McCabe's (Megalyn Echikunwoke) parents were killed by local greed, corruption, and wanton violence. But the orphaned Mari refuses to succumb to the terrors surrounding her. Inheriting her family's Tantu Totem, Mari can access the powers of animals - anything from the super-strength of a gorilla to the speed of a cheetah. As Vixen, she fights valiantly to protect the world from threats like those that claimed her family. The digital series is set to debut on August 25.

The Flash star Carlos Valdes also lends his voice to Cisco Ramon, who uses his ability to concoct superhero names to dub Mari McCabe as Vixen. The show also features Arrow stars Katie Cassidy and Emily Bett Rickards voicing Black Canary and Felicity Smoak, with Marc Guggenheim (Arrow and The Flash) serving as executive producer. Take a look at the first trailer, and stay tuned for more on Vixen before it debuts August 25.
