Last night, AMC aired a Walking Dead Season 7 preview special, with Talking Dead host Chris Hardwick and guests Austin Amelio (Dwight) and actress Yvette Nicole Brown. Before this special, the only footage we've seen is the first trailer from Comic-Con. Now, AMC has debuted a new scene which you can check out below, presumably from the Season 7 premiere, featuring the Savior Dwight. Some believe this clip could reveal the fate of Dwight's nemesis, Daryl Dixon (Norman Reedus), but others aren't so sure. Be warned, there may be potential SPOILERS below, so read on at your own risk.

The clip, which surfaced on AMC'S Youtube Channel after the special aired last night, shows Dwight riding Daryl's iconic motorcycle, which he stops after seeing a slew of dead walkers in the road. The end of the clip shows Dwight turning around, revealing that he's also wearing Daryl's iconic vest, which he's rarely seen not wearing. Does this mean that Daryl Dixon is actually Negan's (Jeffrey Dean Morgan) victim from the Season 6 finale? While some Daryl fans have become extremely worried, others believe that the fact AMC aired this scene at all means Daryl should be alive and well.

We reported two months ago that the show shot death scenes for all 11 characters who were lined up by Negan in the Season 6 finale, Andrew Lincoln (Rick), Norman Reedus (Daryl), Steven Yeun (Glenn), Lauren Cohan (Maggie), Danai Gurira (Michonne), Chandler Riggs (Carl), Sonequa Martin-Green (Sasha), Michael Cudlitz (Abraham), Josh McDermitt (Eugene), Ross Marquand (Aaron), and Christian Serratos (Rosita). There have been plenty of theories about this mysterious death, with some theorizing that Lauren Cohan's recent Instagram photos from New York City and other locations could mean Maggie is the victim, since they were taken while production was under way in Atlanta. There have been rumors that she hasn't been seen on set since the end of the third episode.

Her on-screen husband Steven Yeun also hasn't been seen on the set recently, with the actor filming a new movie entitled Okja for director Bong Joon-ho. As for Norman Reedus, the actor revealed in an interview a few weeks ago that shooting Season 7 has been "no fun" and "exhausting," but the premiere will be worth the wait for fans. While he wouldn't reveal who the victim is, he did state that this death affects every other character on the show.

Season 7 will also introduce fans to King Ezekiel, his pet tiger Shiva and other members of his survivor colony, The Kingdom. Along with Ezekiel and the tiger Shiva, this new season of The Walking Dead will also introduce two characters who don't appear to have roots in the comics. Naomi is said to be a "grandmotherly type who, having lost so many loved ones, is now willing to do whatever it takes not to have to bury any more," while Jennie is described as "a sunny-side-up kinda teenager." Both of these characters will be introduced in Episode 6, but we don't know if they're part of The Kingdom or not. Stay tuned for more on Season 7 of The Walking Dead as we get closer to the season premiere on October 23. In the meantime, check out this clip below.
