AMC will air the last Walking Dead episode of 2016 with the fall finale Hearts Still Beating on Sunday, December 11 at 9 PM ET on AMC. Following last night's episode, Sing Me a Song, the network debuted a preview and a new clip from Hearts Still Beating, which offers new footage from this mid-season finale showing how these survivors are spread out in several different locations. We even go back to The Kingdom, where Morgan (Lennie James) is warned about the Saviors, with one member of The Kingdom revealing they are not to be trusted. If you haven't watched last night's episode there will be SPOILERS below, so read on at your own risk.

Last night's episode showed Carl (Chandler Riggs) and Jesus (Tom Payne) sneaking into The Sanctuary in the back of one of Negan's trucks. Armed with a machine gun, Carl kills two of Negan's saviors, before eventually surrendering, when he is taken on a tour of The Saviors' home. Negan eventually takes Carl back home to Alexandria, where he's looking for Rick, but he is still out on a scavaging expedition. Instead of just heading back to the Sanctuary, Negan decides to wait for Rick at Alexandria, and we see in this preview, courtesy of AMC, that Negan is sitting at the dinner table clean shaven, with Carl, Olivia (Ann Mahoney) and Judith, waiting for Rick to arrive.

This preview also shows that Rosita (Christian Serratos) finally has the bullet she has wanted since the fourth episode this season, Service. We saw earlier this year that Rosita had found a gun in the woods, which she had hidden from the Saviors after they had taken all of the weapons in Alexandria. At the end of Service, Rosita brought an empty shell to Eugene (Josh McDermitt), and asked him to make her a bullet. During this week's episode, Eugene and Rosita returned to the facility where the group had planned to make their own ammunition from last season, and we can see that she's gotten her wish. This preview also shows Michonne (Danai Gurira) with an unidentified member of the Saviors, who Michonne ordered at gunpoint to take her to Negan, along with Daryl (Norman Reedus) trying to make his escape from the Sanctuary.

During last night's episode, Daryl warned Negan about hurting Carl, during his trip to the Sanctuary, which resulted in Daryl being thrown back in his "hole" for a "time out." While locked away in solitary confinement, a note was slid under his door, telling him to "Go Now," with a key taped to the back of the note. It isn't known who slipped Daryl the note, and if it's just another part of an elaborate trap or not, but we see in this video that, at the very least, Daryl was able to get out of his cell. Whether or not he escapes the Sanctuary remains to be seen.

We also have a clip from the fall finale, which shows Tara (Alanna Masterson) bringing Olivia a container of lemonade, which she found in her kitchen, because her late girlfriend Denise (Merrit Wever) liked that particular drink. Towards the end of last night's episode, Negan makes it clear that he'll be sticking around for a bit, asking Olivia to make him some lemonade. When Tara tells Olivia that she can leave, volunteering to take over, Olivia refuses, telling Tara that she promised Rick she would watch over Judith, and that's exactly what she intends to do. Take a look at these new videos, including last night's most talked-about scene, and photos from The Walking Dead below.
