AMC has released a brief trailer for the midseason premiere of The Walking Dead, which will debut on AMC Sunday, February 12 at 9 PM ET. The network has also released new key artwork for the back half of this season, which teases that Rick and his fellow survivors will "Rise Up" against Negan (Jeffrey Dean Morgan) and his group The Saviors. We also have new photos from last night's mid-season finale, Hearts Still Beating, along with the most talked-about scene. If you haven't watched last night's episode yet, there will be SPOILERS below, so read on at your own risk.

The mid-season finale ended with Rick's (Andrew Lincoln) main group of survivors finally reuniting at Alexandria, including Daryl Dixon (Norman Reedus), who managed to escape Negan's compound The Sanctuary after he was slipped a key to escape from his cell. On his way out, he beat Fat Joey (Joshua Hoover) to death before Jesus (Tom Payne) found him and took him back to The Hilltop. This reunion was last night's most talked-about scene, with the episode ending as Rick lead his people into the Hilltop, presumably to speak with their leader Gregory (Xander Berkeley). As we can see from this trailer, courtesy of AMC, Rick is finally putting a plan togther to take down The Saviors once and for all.

After watching Negan kill beloved characters Glenn Rhee (Steven Yeun) and Abraham Ford (Michael Cudlitz), Rick decided to follow Negan's every command, to ensure the safety of his people. This put him at odds with Michonne (Danai Gurira) and others who wanted to fight the Saviors, but now it seems that Rick is ready to fight for his life. While we have seen The Kingdom this season, most of Rick's group isn't even aware of this place, and we saw in a preview for the mid-season premiere, which aired on Talking Dead, that Jesus tells Rick that it's time they visited The Kingdom. This new trailer teases that Rick plans to unite the Alexandria, Hilltop and Kingdom communities to wage an all-out war against The Saviors. In addition, AMC announced exactly when the back half of this season will continue.
