After dozens of Easter eggs and references to countless Marvel villains like Nightmare, Mephisto, Immortus, etc, we finally know that the real villain of WandaVision is Agnes a.k.a. Agatha Harkness. She is the one who has been the one manipulating Wanda and egging her on to use more of her powers. But now that we know that Agatha is not some higher power's pawn, what is she doing in Westview and what is her true agenda. Luckily, we won't have to wait for the finale this week to get the answers as a leaked photo from the episode, all but confirms what Agatha really wants.

In the last episode of WandaVision, we saw Agatha poke through Wanda's memories to discover how she has the massive powers she possesses. She found out that Wanda had powers long before HYDRA experimented on her- the Mind Stone only amped up her existing magical prowess. In fact, it was a young Wanda who saved herself and her brother when she was ten by unknowingly performing a probability hex to delay the missile from detonating.

The episode made many other revelations like how Wanda never stole the Vision's body from the SWORD headquarters and instead created an entirely new one from her powers. These very powers extended across Westview and rewrote reality, suppressing everyone's identity and turning them into sitcom characters. At the end of the episode, Agatha specified that the magic Wanda uses is dangerous chaos magic and she herself is a rare powerful being, known as the Scarlet Witch.

What the episode didn't show was what Agatha plans to do next now that she knows the roots of Wanda's powers. Luckily, a leaked photo from the final episode, i.e., Episode 9 has confirmed that Agatha seeks to steal Wanda's powers as her own. In the picture, she can be seen wielding the red of Wanda's chaos magic within the purplish hue of her own powers.

From the last episode, we know that Marvel Studios has majorly deviated from Agatha Harkness' origin story in the comics. We learned that she killed her mothers and sisters by siphoning off their powers and life force when they tried to kill her for practicing dark magic. As now she has captured Wanda's sons, Billy and Tommy, chances are that she will use them as leverage to force Wanda to give up her powers willingly. But as Westview's Vision is yet to return home since Episode 7, we can expect him to arrive and stop the process before it is completed.

We also got a glimpse at SWORD bringing the Vision's body to life through the residual magic from the drone that Wanda dumped at their base. But the Vision that comes to life is sans his maroonish-hue and quite possibly without his human nature. He is Tyler Hayward's creation, which means that he is just a highly dangerous sentient weapon that will be used to breach the magical boundary around Westview and to defeat Wanda. From earlier trailers of the show, we know that towards the end, Westview's Vision and Wanda join hands to save their "home." Whether they will be successful or not is left to be seen.
