Once the Hogwarts saga ends with Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part I and Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part II it seems that Warner Bros. will be looking to the DC universe for its blockbuster lineup. Collider ran a report from Warner Bros. ShoWest presentation where Warner chief Alan Horn revealed that DC superheroes will essentially be taking Harry Potter's place for a majority of the studio's tentpole releases.

The site reveals that not only will a Batman 3 film be coming in 2012, but the studio also plans to release The Flash film as well. It was said that the studio is currently looking at directors for the film and, while nothing has been confirmed at this time, but the site believes we'll be hearing details in the near future.
