Warner Bros. has previously announced that May 31 is the last day new titles will be available in HD DVD, and they will go Blu-Ray exclusive from then on out. DVD Town recently spoke with Warner Bros. and asked them any of their 140 or so HD DVD titles will still be available to consumers after that date.

"If there is product available in HD DVD and there is a request from a retailer, we will provide," said Ronnee Sass, Warner Home Video Vice President - Publicity & Promotion.

It sounds like catalog HD DVD's will be handled on a very specific title-to-title basis. Sass also added this. "There may be isolated instances that an HD DVD title will be created, but as a general rule our titles will be out in SD and BD only after May 31."
