300: According to The Hollywood Reporter, Warner Bros. Pictures, Atmosphere Entertainment MM and Hollywood Gang Prods. are arming themselves to refight the Persian-Greco war with 300, a feature film adaptation of Frank Miller's graphic novel about the legendary Battle of Thermopylae and the origins of democracy.

According to legend, their valor and sacrifice inspired all of Greece to unite against their Persian foe, leading to the origins of democracy.
