Production on Weird: The Al Yankovic Story is underway, but the titular parodist isn't waiting to tell everyone exactly how it ends. Starring Daniel Radcliffe as "Weird Al" Yankovic, the movie puts a spin on the traditional musician biopic by imagining Yankovic's life as being much more scandalous than it actually has been in reality. Yankovic co-wrote the film with director Eric Appel and also serves as a producer on the project, making him privy to all of its finest details.Of course, this also means Yankovic has access to the screenplay, and the "Amish Paradise" singer just couldn't help himself from spoiling the ending... sort of, anyway. While Yankovic does technically reveal the very last line shown on the screenplay's final page, it doesn't actually tell us anything that happens in terms of the storyline or what might be shown on the screen at the very end. All the weird one really tells us is that the movie will be closing out by — SPOILER ALERT — cutting to black and rolling the credits.

"SHOOT DAY #7: Oh man, I am really, REALLY going to get in trouble with @TheRokuChannel over this, but I’m just so proud of this script, and I wanted to leak part of it. So…SPOILER ALERT… This is the ACTUAL ENDING of Weird: The Al Yankovic Story," Yankovic says in a tweet, revealing the script's final line which reads, "Cut to BLACK. CREDIT CRAWL BEGINS."

Weird: The Al Yankovic Story was first developed as a short film and parody trailer released for Funny or Die in 2010. That version featured Breaking Bad actor Aaron Paul as Yankovic. The full-length movie version brings in Harry Potter star Daniel Radcliffe to play the parodist. It will be made exclusively for streaming on The Roku Channel.

“When my last movie UHF came out in 1989, I made a solemn vow to my fans that I would release a major motion picture every 33 years, like clockwork. I’m very happy to say we’re on schedule. And I am absolutely thrilled that Daniel Radcliffe will be portraying me in the film,” said Yankovic when the film was first announced last month, per Deadline. “I have no doubt whatsoever that this is the role future generations will remember him for.”

Roku’s Head of Original Scripted Programming, Colin Davis, added: "There clearly aren’t enough biopic movies about famous musicians and we were excited to shine a light on the incredibly true, unexaggerated story of "Weird Al." This is sincerely the ultimate combination of talent, creativity, and friends, coming together to make something genuinely funny and we could not be prouder to call this film a Roku Original.”

Weird: The Al Yankovic Story doesn't yet have an official release date.
