It seems like Marvel Studios is planning to keep on going continuity between their films, with more cross-overs scheduled between their upcoming properties. According to an Associated Press report, we can expect a second guest appearance between the Iron Man and The Incredible Hulk series when Iron Man 2 hits the screens.

After announcing their Q1 results and their upcoming slate of films, which include IncredibleHulk, Iron Man 2, The First Avenger: Captain America, Thor and The Avengers, Marvel Studios Chairman David Maisel revealed a second planned guest appearance. Just as Robert Downey, Jr.'s Tony Stark appears in this summer's The Incredible Hulk, the Hulk may be slated to appear in Iron Man 2. "In controlling our destiny, we can control where the characters are and we can have our movies connect and be in the same universe," Maisel said.

And, of course, The Avengers will feature characters from all of the other planned films from Marvel Studios.

Iron Man marks the first film financed by Marvel, which previously licensed its heroes to other studios. Seeking a greater deal of creative control and a larger portion of the proceeds from the films, Marvel now plans to make future films itself, and hire studios to distribute them.
