Yesterday, Logan director James Mangold shared new action scene storyboards for this upcoming Wolverine 3 adventure, featuring his title character leaping on a car and smashing its windshield with his adamantium claws. Today it was Hugh Jackman's turn to reveal something new, with both the actor, and the verified Instagram account for the movie, sharing a bizarre photo, that may in fact confirm plot rumors that have been surfacing about this highly-anticipated movie. While nothing has been confirmed by the studio yet, these Wolverine 3 rumors are given some new credence thanks to this photo.

This morning, Hugh Jackman shared this Wolverine 3 photo on social media, which, like most of the black-and-white photos that have been revealed lately, do not feature any cast members. What it does feature is the door of a restroom stall, which has the message "Where are all the mutants?" scrawled onto it. This Twitter photo comes roughly a week after rumors surfaced that the movie is set in the year 2024, where mutant births have decreased drastically, and the government has no answer for this sharp decline.

The previous plot rumors also revealed that this movie features a "government-type program" known as Transigen, which is "turning mutant children into killing machines." When the studio finally unveiled the official title of Logan, they did so by unveiling an official poster, which featured Logan's clawed hand holding a young girl's hand, which many have speculated belongs to the mutant clone X-23. While this young girl character has not been identified, Logan is rumored to take this girl under his wing, and the girl has two adamantium claws, instead of three.

Earlier set photos featured Logan alongside this unidentified young girl, and there is also a Chrysler 300 limousine seen in these shots, riddled with bullet holes. It was rumored that Logan has landed a job driving this limo, which is also seen in another previously-released photo of a smelting plant. It is also rumored that this story will be loosely based on the Old Man Logan comics, with James Mangold posting a script page that reveals Logan has turned to booze to ease the pain, since his healing powers are fading fast.

Hugh Jackman will be joined by Boyd Holbrook as the villain Donald Pierce, Patrick Stewart as Professor X and Stephen Merchant as Caliban, along with Richard E. Grant and Eriq La Salle in unspecified roles. James Mangold is directing from a script by David James Kelly and Michael Green, with 20th Century Fox setting a March 3, 2017 release date for Logan. While we wait for the first trailer, take a look at the latest mysterious phto from Logan below.
