After spending decades shooting exclusively in New York City, director Woody Allen has been spanning the globe for his last few projects. It seems Copenhagen, Denmark is where he's setting up shop for his next project, which is currently untitled.

It is said that Copenhagen is currently setting up a film fund to attract international productions, and this program is reportedly essential to the director taking his next project there. No story details were given for this untitled movie, although it is said that Woody Allen is eyeing a 2013 production start.

Woody Allen's last went to the French capital in Midnight in Paris, and his upcoming feature Nero Fiddled, which debuts in theaters June 22, is set in Rome. He also recently explored London in You Will Meet a Tall Dark Stranger and Match Point, along with Barcelona in Vicky Cristina Barcelona.

It isn't known if casting has already begun on this Copenhagen-set project from Woody Allen.
